How Funeral Live Streaming Works
We use one or more cameras to live stream funerals. It is recorded for backup or, should you wish, for an optional edited version.
In addition to the live broadcast, you’ll be able to watch the funeral stream for at least 30 days after the funeral, share it with family and friends, and download it as a keepsake.
There are two main reasons why live streaming funerals has become almost a necessary option. You may have family members or close friends who are unwell, live overseas and cannot travel. You may also have elderly relatives who are still uneasy about the risk of social gatherings. Live streaming allows your guests to attend the funeral virtually without risking their health or that of others.
We can provide you with a private viewing link promptly. You can then share the link with friends and family well in advance of the funeral. Virtual guests can also leave messages and condolences via a comments box, which you will receive.

We use Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini, Magewell Director One, YoloBox, or Vmix vision mixers, which allow us to stream up to eight cameras, pre-recorded media, slideshows, or other media content.
Professional Cameras & Lenses
We have a range of professional cameras and lenses to suit any job requirements. This includes discrete cameras that can be controlled remotely so we can put these in locations we cannot get to during the service.
Live Audio Monitoring
During the service, we monitor the audio throughout. This includes isolating the microphone in use at that moment, which removes echoes and reduces unwanted noise to improve dialogue clarity.
Professional WIreless Video
This can be used for additional cameras where we cannot run cables for safety reasons, or in some older churches with thick flint walls, where we need to wirelessly send the video signal outside via a door or window, so our networking kit has sufficient signal strength to upload it.
4G Network Bonding
Our LiveU Solo Pro 4G bonded network modem/encoder enables live streaming in both rural and built-up areas without requiring venue Wi-Fi.
Sennheiser Wireless Audio Kit

You may have some questions about your funeral live streaming by now, so we have put together some common questions we get asked to help you
Are you funeral live stream videos high definition?
Yes, we record and stream all our funeral films in high definition, which provides high-quality video on devices ranging from small screens to large TVs. Most modern 4K televisions upscale the movie to 4K during playback and display it in high quality.
How do we let our family and friends know about our funeral live streaming event?
We will send you a private link in advance for you to share with your family and friends who wish to watch the live stream. We start the event up to 15 minutes before the funeral service. This gives your viewers plenty of time to connect and confirm they are seeing the image and hearing the audio.
Do we get to see the funeral live stream video after the funeral?
Yes, the live stream recording will be available online for at least 30 days after the funeral. If you chose to buy the extra edited recording, this will be available in about a week and will be available online for 12 months where you can download the video, if you also requested the keepsake box, then this edited version will come on a USB flash drive within the personalised keepsake box.
What happens if the internet fails or is too weak?
We check the availability of all 4G networks in advance to determine which service to use at the venue. Our 4G bonded video encoder supports up to six connections, so as long as we have two of the networks providing a signal, we can live stream the funeral service.
We record all live stream funerals as they are filmed, so in a worst-case scenario of losing the internet connection or its too weak to broadcast, we will get the recording online for you as fast as possible, we try to do this within a couple of hours maximum. We always ensure the recording is available to view the same day.
We Only Need To Live Stream The Burial
We have been asked this before, even though the church already has a live-stream service of its own. This is no problem. Our kit runs on the batteries we carry, enabling us to livestream a burial service for you. The cost of a burial live stream is the same as listed above for a single location.
