Now your friends and family who are unable to attend in person can at least be with you virtually.

With our live streaming services, we can broadcast your wedding around the world. Filmed on the latest cameras and by our highly experienced videography team. We also use professional wireless audio, ensuring every word is heard clearly.

How Wedding Live Stream Works

We use one or more cameras to live stream and record your wedding. You’ll have your ceremony to watch back and share as you wish.

There are two main reasons live streaming your wedding has become almost a necessity. You may have a family member or close friend who is ill or abroad and unable to travel. You may also have elderly relatives who are uneasy about the risk of social gatherings. Live streaming lets your guests attend your wedding virtually, without risking their health or the health of others.

We provide you with a private link. You can then share the link with friends and family long before the wedding day. Virtual guests can also leave messages and congratulate you via a comments box.

We are one of the few companies that can provide professional interactive live streaming using Zoom. We can broadcast this onto a large screen and even allow you some private time at the end of the ceremony to interact with your Zoom attendees. Want to know more? Please get in touch with us below.

We asked Nick to stream our wedding after seeing his livestream of another family friend's event. He is very professional and quick to reply. The quality of the audio and video was great and it was great our family overseas were also able to enjoy the ceremony live. I canvassed 4-5 seperate videographers, and not only was Nick’s price one of the best, but he was also the only one to suggest a creative way of live-zooming my family back home, an extra piece of magic that made our wedding even more special. Throughout the ceremony (and before) he was out of sight and out of mind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had an elopement style wedding, just ourselves, two witnesses and one attendant, so we hired Nick to livestream it to our families and close friends. We are so glad that we did! The quality of the livestream was superb. Communication with Nick from start to finish was exceptional and on the day he somehow managed to be personable, unobtrusive and helpful, all at the same time. Getting married on a Tuesday afternoon, we knew a lot of people wouldn't be able to view it live and with Nick it is available to view retrospectively for 60 days, as well as being able to download it. [We've already watched it 7 times] All feedback we've had has been positive, with virtual guests remarking that they felt as though they were actually there. Wedding Live Stream Technology

Multi Camera Switcher

We use Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini, Magewell Director One, YoloBox, or Vmix vision mixers, which allow us to stream up to eight cameras, pre-recorded media, slideshows, or other media content.

Professional Cameras & Lenses

We have a range of professional cameras and lenses to suit any job. This includes discrete cameras that can be controlled remotely so we can put these in locations we cannot get to during the service.

Live Audio Monitoring

During the service, we monitor the audio throughout. This includes isolating the microphone in use at that moment, which removes echoes and reduces unwanted noise to improve dialogue clarity.

Professional WIreless Video

Additional cameras where we cannot run cables for safety reasons, or in some older churches with thick walls, where we need to wirelessly send the video signal outside via a door or window, so our networking kit has sufficient signal strength to upload it.

4G Network Bonding

Our LiveU Solo Pro 4G bonded network video encoder enables live streaming in both rural and built-up areas without requiring venue Wi-Fi. This is possible using multiple 4G network connects that bonded together, create a stronger network for streaming.

Sennheiser Wireless Audio Kit

Professional, licensed UHF radio microphones allow us to capture excellent audio from the minister, lectern, pulpit, and anywhere else we need it, which isn’t possible with a cabled microphone.

Your Wedding Live Streaming Questions

You may have some questions about your wedding live streaming by now, so we have put together some common questions we get asked to help you

Are you wedding live stream videos high definition?
Yes, we record and stream all our wedding films in HD which will playback lovely on a large TV. Most modern 4K televisions will upscale the film to 4K on playback and will also look great.
How do we let our family and friends know about our wedding live streaming event?
We will send you a private link in advance so you can distribute it to your family and friends who wish to watch the live stream. We start the event around 15 minutes before the wedding ceremony with a photo and music. This gives your viewers plenty of time to connect and confirm they are seeing the image and hearing the audio.
Do we get to see our wedding live stream video after the wedding?
Yes, we also record every live-streamed wedding service we do. If we are not providing the live stream as an add-on to your wedding videography, we will post the live stream recording online a couple of hours after the wedding, allowing you to view, share, and download it.
What happens if the internet fails or is too weak?
We check in advance to confirm what 4G internet service is available at the venue or church.

As a backup, we have mobile phones and a dedicated 4G mobile Wi-Fi device that can be used for live streaming.

We record all live-stream weddings as they are filmed. In the event of an internet connection loss or insufficient bandwidth to broadcast, we will make the recording available online as quickly as possible. We aim to do this within a couple of hours at most.
